What this site does

This site is a static website served via GitLab Pages. It does not run server-side code, does not have a database, and does not write a session cookie. The only first-party state the site uses is browser-local storage to remember your language and theme (light/dark) choice.

No third-party analytics is currently active. No third-party tracking pixel or similar is currently active.

Server logs

The GitLab Pages server keeps standard HTTP access logs (IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent). These logs are managed by the university’s RZ under the central retention policy.

Search

The site search runs entirely in your browser. Search queries are not sent to any server.

The full privacy notice of Goethe-Universität Frankfurt is published at uni-frankfurt.de/datenschutz and applies to this site as a sub-publication.
