Labs website launch

Labs has a public website. This is post zero.

The site collects in one place what we do, who we are, the software we maintain on the cluster, and the projects we are currently working on. It also gives researchers a clear way to request software that is missing — see the contact page.

The site is bilingual (English / German), search-enabled, and hosted on the university GitLab via Pages. The source lives at gitlab.rz.uni-frankfurt.de/labs. Merge requests for content fixes are welcome.

More to come — including a proper handbook and the first real software entries — over the coming weeks.
